Rachel Hamilton is a lecturer on the MA in Creative Writing for Young People at Bath Spa University, a freelance editor, mentor and literary consultant and the author of six books, published by Simon & Schuster, Oxford University Press, and Scholastic.
A graduate of both Oxford and Cambridge, Rachel holds a first-class degree in English Literature and language, as well as Creative Writing qualifications from St Martin’s College and London School of Journalism. Her claim to fame is that she helped run the world’s highest writing workshop at the top of the Burj Khalifa.
Rachel enjoys working with a wide range of voices, she particularly loves books with humour, particularly if it’s triggered by characters’ own actions, flaws and foibles.
