Previously a senior commissioning editor at Little Tiger Press, she now works as a freelance editor, author and mentor. She loves growing and supporting new voices, helping writers polish their stories so they sparkle. A self-confessed picture book nerd, she can talk about narrative arc, pacing and structure ‘til the cows come home.
