Meet Clare Whitston
Clare Whitston is a Golden Egg Academy Industry Picture Book Editor and was formerly Senior Commissioning Editor for Children’s Books at Oxford University Press.
Clare has over twenty years of experience working on picture books and children’s fiction. She was longlisted for the Branford Boase Award twice and shortlisted once. As a freelance editor, Clare works with a wide variety of children’s publishers such as Puffin, Hachette, Quarto and Oxford University Press.
