Alex Campbell is a children’s author, editor, and a Lecturer in Creative Writing for Young People at Bath Spa University.
Following a degree in English Literature, Alex began her career working in book PR, from author tours to helping to organise The Booker Prize. She now writes children’s books for 8-12 years old under the name Alex Cotter. She has also written YA novels and was nominated for the CILIP Carnegie Medal 2016.
Alex has over ten years’ experience as a tutor, editor and mentor for other writers and also regularly runs workshops for young people at schools and festivals.
